I would like to share our home selling experience we had with Debbie Sagorin. We had heard for many years that she was an excellent agent, and in fact that’s true. Debbie gave us wonderful advice and guided us through a home remodel in preparation for our listing. The marketing of our home was effective, as she knows our area very well. She took care of the staging, the drone, and the 3-D tour which were all professional quality. Communication was on point as we were always able to get a quick response from her, and we trusted her completely, especially given the fact that we had moved out of the area. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Debbie Sagorin for any real estate needs.

Debbie deserves more than 5 stars! She is truly truly competent, knows real estate inside and out. You will never be left hanging or wondering what is going on with your home listing. I worked with her long distance and she was always on top of everything. The staging and photos, drone footage and open house she put on managed to sell the place in 4 days and she helped meticulously to prepare the property for listing. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a trustworthy realtor who knows how to sell!

I had the most tremendous experience with Debbie Sagorin as my realtor to sell my Irvine property. With her expertise and guidance, it was sold in a whopping 4 days, and to top it off...over selling price. I live out of town and she handled absolutely everything seamlessly, from arranging the repairs needed, marketing through professional photos and drone/3D virtual imaging, having the house staged just perfectly to demonstrate it's beauty, making sure I was kept in the loop with everything going on at all times. Her communication skills are top notch, and I immediately felt a bond with her and trusted her to make sure everything went perfectly, which it did!! I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a house. She has her client's best interest at heart at all times and you can trust she will help you to either find a perfect home or sell your existing home (or both). I found Debbie online and was so glad I contacted her. I had never sold a home in this gated community so was at a loss as to what realtor to choose. From the initial meeting Debbie met every need and expectation. She believed in the sale of the home, gave me excellent advice as we decided on how to market and price the home, and was always available to answer every call and every question. I had complete confidence in her knowledge of the market and her reactions to any concerns I had. We sold the home in good time and at the price we wanted. Escrow was handled beautifully by Debbie and her team. As a fiduciary who has sold many homes, I would recommend her without hesitation.

Debbie is the one to call if you are buying or selling in Woodbridge and Irvine generally. No one knows more about the communities, the different floorplans, the market, timing, and the game of buying and selling properties. We were fortunate to buy, sell, and are buying again with Debbie. She is super organized and in constant communication with you regarding deals. She hustles and is strategic in getting you the very best deal. If things go sideways, she has the experience to navigate and provide a steadying hand. She is a professional in every sense of the word and head-and-shoulders above all other realtors.
