Debby was soo awesome to work with. As a first time home buyer she was very patient with me and took the time to answered all of the questions I had throughout the process. She also helped with negotiations to the best of her ability. Thanks Debby!

I would highly recommend Debby Smith. She was very patient with my husband and I as new home buyers. I didn't feel like she was pushy at all, which was very important to me. I never felt pushed in a direction that wasn't right for us. In the end we chose a house to rehab. She informed us of what she knew about 203k process and when she didn't know something she was always honest. She continued to give us options until we ultimately decided, which I think was helpful in our final decision. I don't how many times she had to open the house to us for contractors! I would recommend Debby because she was honest and very patient. She was very experienced and a hard worker. If anyone deserved a commission it was this lady! For our long drawn out process of finding a rehab home she worked her tail off! Definitely 5 stars!

I really enjoyed working with Debby on the sale of my home. She was always easy to get a hold of and made sure showings were convenient. Her experience with pricing was very helpful also. I had a very hard inspection to work out and she really helped me know how to respond and work it out for a good outcome for both parties. Paulette Williams

Very professional and responsive. Debby was always available when I needed anything done. Debby was thoughtful and efficient, so the transactions went through nearly effortlessly for me. There were no hiccups or surprises on the way closure.
