I listed my house to sell at the same time I looked for property to put a new mobile home on. Debbie sent me listings to help me find what I was looking for. She did all of the communicating with the seller for the property and the buyer of my house. Debbie has been friendly and professional throughout my entire buying and selling process. She's always there to answer questions and is only a phone call away when you need her. She gave me advice on staging my house for the photos she posted on the listing and on the price I should sell my house for. She corresponded all of the many showings of my house. She's very knowledgeable and gets things done! She made me feel like she was on top of everything since it all went through rather quickly. I am very thankful to have worked with her!

I am fairly new to working with Debbie..but even in the short time I have been talking with her and receiving tailored listings...she has proved to be a warm and caring person, very approachable and down to earth. She takes the time to listen and tries to find appropriate properties based on your search specs. She is patient and in no way tries to pressure you. I think that when you find this realtor..you also find a heartfelt friend who genuinely cares. She is willing to go the extra mile, even on short notice, to get a contract together for a potential buyer to try and get it in 'first', ahead of the competition...I believe Debbie..is very committed to her job and is willing to EARN her commission and her client's trust and business..which is why she has earned these referrals! I can't really comment on the process expertise fully nor the negotiation skills fully as I haven't closed on a house thru her yet. However....based on everything else in dealing with her.. I think she has the experience, confidence and know how needed to do any negotiating necessary and would try her utmost to make the process smooth for all parties involved. She is a very pleasant person to deal with which can greatly minimize the stress that can go with the whole real estate transaction process.

Debbie helped my husband and I find a home. She is very organized and helped us a lot throughout the whole process. It was a very smooth transition with her as our realtor. We went through two other realtors before her and Debbie was far more professional and trustworthy than anyone else!

Ms. Deorah is an excellent person to recommend . she is friendly and courteous ,patient ,respectful,and kind . she always answered any question at any given time . she does every thing as efficient as possible and treats you like family

Debbie was very helpful during our buying experience. She constantly updated us on where we were at in the process & was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. Debbie is very professional, personable, knowledgable and trustworthy. We would highly recommend her to anyone.
