Deedra was so amazing and we knew just after looking through a couple houses with her that she would help us find our perfect first home! Deedra was recommended to us via a friend who also works in real estate and we are SO grateful for it. We immediately were impressed with her responsiveness, willingness to work with our schedule, and recommendations on houses to add to our radar. It took only a couple of weeks of working with her to find our home! She was very knowledgable and persistent throughout the negotiation process and answered all of our questions… and with this being our first house, we definitely had a lot of questions. We would absolutely recommend Deedra to anyone looking for a good realtor!

Deedra is absolutely so amazing. She is such a go getter and bends over backwards for anything. She made my dream came true buying my family home. She made the process so easy and walked me through everything with great explanation since I am a first time home buyer. She broke down my every day to do to keep the ball moving on things. I am so grateful for her I recommend her to anyone!

Deedra was very easy to work with and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish during our house hunting process. She understood what we were looking for immediately and got us appropriate house viewings. Deedra was available around the clock for viewings during unsociable hours and never let up in the search for our perfect home. During the closing process Deedra was efficient and extremely responsive - communicating with us quickly, despite us being out the country. She made a potentially stressful process very easy to complete. I can not recommended her highly enough.

Deedra has sold 3 houses for me. All 3 were under contract in 2 weeks for close to asking price. She also arranged the purchase of our current house, getting the seller to knock 10k off asking price, and provide 10k towards our closing costs. I recommend Deedra highly. She is knowledgeable, energetic, and always responds to phone calls and emails immediately.
