This was by far the worst experience I’ve personally ever had. I’ve viewed multiple houses from Dickey’s and they’re all inhabitable. The ceiling fan was literally taped to the ceiling in one of the houses. The pictures shown online must’ve been taken ages ago because it was nothing like the pics in person, just horrible. The homes shown to me was overpriced and i was honestly highly offended. It’s the nerve for me. I will never ever work with Dickeys properties again. I will say that Ms. Robinson (lady who actually physically show the houses) is a sweet lady and deserves better.

With in this year I did a rental application with her over 7 times no call back when I did finally get a answer her company said no because I received rental assistance and I do not work which doesn't makes any sense to me no refund or anything on the rental application she just takes money

I had a wonderful experience viewing this property today. Very Professional and answered all my questions. Lovely Well kept property. I like how when you make your appointment to see the Property there’s not multiple people seeing the properly at one time so you get a chance to talk to Debbie and ask all the questions you need to ask.

Della was the first realtor to take us seriously, since we were young and had a low housing budget. She treated us as if our commission was just as important as the high rollers. We have lived in our home in NT for 12 years now, and we have Della to thank for it.

Della Dickey is professional and knowleagable, she is confident and accurate, she's attention to detail, she always follows up in a timely manner. I will highly recommend her to my family & friends. Della made the selling of my house of 17 yrs less stressful to me and confimed my timely decision to do so. My experience with Della was flawless and I will call on her when I'm ready to buy and or sell again in the future.
