My experience with Jeremy was frustrating and unprofessional. I am not going to use him moving forward and would not trust him with upholding scheduled tour appointments. We were interested in a property in Antlers, Ok on Zillow, and they paired us up with Jeremy. He was very responsive at first when we scheduled a tour time/date. However, when it came to that said date/time, he ghosted us. We got to the property early so I texted him saying we arrived. He was not there yet so I waited until the tour time to call and ask if he was on his way. When I called, I was sent to voicemail, and when I was leaving a voicemail, it was cut off. I was about to text him again but I saw that he read my message (I have screenshots). We waited about 10 minutes to call again and I left a voicemail. I texted him again if he was planning on heading to the property today and he never responded. So we waited another 15 minutes before trying to call a 3rd time. I was sent to voicemail again and I let him know that we were heading out and that we were not going to use him going forward. If you are looking for a house, save your frustration and do not go with Jeremy. If there was a change in plans or if he forgot, he should have communicated with us instead. We would have been understanding, however, he decided to not respond and communicate. I hope he does not do this with another client moving forward.

Jeremy has been extremely helpful in our search to find a home in Durant. Throughout the process Jeremy shared his very complete amount of local knowledge which has helped us feel at home and very welcome. Jeremy has continously gone the extra mile for us simply because that is who he is. It's been a complete pleasure for us to have had Jeremy assist us in our search for a new home and because of Jeremy we've not only found a new house, but a great hometown.

What a great experience selling our house. We really discussed pricing a lot and what was required to get that price. Lot’s of work on our part getting the house ready and hard work from Kassi guiding us and getting the marketing plan and materials ready. Good communications throughout. Sold quickly for what we were expecting. We highly recommend Kassi.

Brittney was absolutely amazing! I had a unique situation & she handled it like a champ! She made the whole process so easy for me, was great with communications, & I felt like she truly cared about my family, not like we were just a paycheck for her. Brittney is so comfortable to deal with, such a kind & caring person. After closing, she gave my family a gift that was so perfect & personal, it made me cry!
