Shauna showed that she was an excellent professional in organization, layout, and design by staging our home with current trends and finesse. We invested $2,000 in furniture and art for staging per her recommendations and our appraisal value went up 10 times that amount. I would highly recommend Shauna for staging a home and gain maximum value for a return to any of my friends or family and plan to use her again in the future.

Not only was he knowledgeable in the process of selling houses but is very detailed oriented and keeps current on trends in real estate. His recommendations on house repairs, how to stage a home, and create an inviting curb appeal made a huge difference in the selling price. We got $20,000 over the asking price.
