Desiree was an incredible agent to work with. We sold our home, and bought another, both of which were VA loans. The VA can be very picky about what they will allow, so having an agent knowledgeable in that for purchasing is a must. Des didn't let us down; if she knew a home wouldn't qualify for VA, she wouldn't show it to us, and explained why. Des was also very flexible for us when it came to requesting showings. Oftentimes we had to do after 5pm or a weekend, since my husband works. She went above and beyond to help us get our house sold, and find the perfect new place. I'm sure we were difficult clients, but she always had a smile for us, and was very pleasant. Even while on vacation, she was very responsive to our messages, and keeping us in the loop with what was going on. She also had no problem helping me to pin people down when deadlines were coming up and we needed something done. I highly recommend her to everybody, but especially if you're using VA to purchase.

There is none better for buying a home in Vernal. She helped us with any questions we had and at any time that we had them. My family was not able to be in town to look at homes but we did feel like we looked at each home we wanted because the videos were sent to us as soon as we asked. It shows how Dez really goes above and beyond for her clients.

Desiree was a great realtor to work with. She made sure all of my questions were answered swiftly and accurately. My schedule sometimes didn't make it easy for her. If she was unavailable to meet with us, she made sure someone was there in her place. Great experience!! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home in this area.

Des worked her butt off for me for MONTHS!! She never complained or made me feel like a burden. She was always very punctual and never made me feel rushed looking at a property. She would never try to sway me in any direction with my decision! If there was anything she noticed that concerned her about a property, she would ALWAYS tell me!! Des really cares about her clients and wants them to find the perfect place for them! I have never been so impressed with any customer service ever. Des is AMAZING!! She made my dreams come true!! (:
