We recently used Doug to sell two houses for us. Two completely different transactions within 4 months -- different buyers, different counties, different types of properties, different title companies. One sale was fairly smooth; the other sale had all kinds of odd hiccups. Throughout it all, Doug was on top of it. He is a pro. We highly recommend him.

Doug is very personable and detail oriented. He is very easy to work with and any problems that come up are taken care of immediately. We enjoyed working with Doug and would definitely use him again. Two big thumbs up!

Doug was a true delight! I could not have asked for a more prompt, insightful and well respected agent. With the Peninsula being a small community it is important to have representation that is well connected, well liked/respected and progressive. Doug was creative in exploring all angles, his search was not confiened by the listings on the RMLS, he seemed to have his finger on the pulse of listings before they were posted online providing me first dibs. In addition to excellent representation, Doug is also invaluable in his knowledge about structural integrity. He saved me tons of time and money on properties that had hidden problems to be discovered only after an expensive inspection :). I was honored to have Doug helping find my next property.

Doug went over an beyond and made the whole process flow smoothly! I would highly recommend him! We ran into some funding stipulations where improvements needed to be made and he was on top of everything from recommending local contractors to following up to make sure everything was done in an acceptable manner. This was amazing since we are not local.

Hands down would and do recommend Doug to all my friends and family. We used him as our purchasing agent. He was infinitely patient, understanding, pragmatic, responsive, knowledgeable and really earned our money and respect.
