I called Doug Morgan in response to his invitation to screen my house and property. Impressed with his local knowledge and his optimism in selling the place, he became my realtor of choice. He facilitated a sell sooner than I expected. Doug is an opportunist with valuable negotiation skills making him an ideal realtor for the seller or the buyer. I would definitely recommend him.

Doug helped us to sell our cabin in just 2 weeks! He is very knowledgeable about the area, the process, and his negotiable skills were the key to a fast sell at a price we wanted.

Doug is a great real estate agent and a great person. When I had to sell my house while living in an area away from it he went about and beyond to make it a smooth process and even helped with keeping the property presentable inside and out. You cannot ask for anything more from a real estate agent...

My wife and I have been looking for a retirement home (cabin) for a short time since she was just recently offered early retirement with here job. He was exceptional in his efforts to help us and spent many hours and days showing us properties. His knowledge of the area is tremendous and was of great value to us.<br/><br/>As a retired couple, we had several requirements that made it more difficult to locate the perfect house for us. He very patiently researched and worked with us for roughly a year and a half and ultimately showed us the house which we fell in love with and purchased. <br/><br/>He allows his clients time to think and does not try to interfere in their decision making process.
