Doug was a tremendous asset in helping us sell our property in Benzonia. He not only knows the area, but the people, the comps and pretty much anything else you'd want to know! Doug worked well with us from the start, providing us with valuable information on how to price our home for sale and listening to us regarding our own wants and needs. He was highly responsive and kept us updated on how things were progressing. Considering we live out of state, he became our "eyes and ears" for any news or updates. When it came to closing the deal and actually selling the home, Doug's knowledge and experience made that process a breeze as well. We felt like we didn't have to do much at all, since we had Doug as our resident expert making sure everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. doug taylor He had a tough task finding me a quality home per my preferences,but he never quit looking for the price point I had to spend. Doug went above & beyond his normal 40 hour job even on the weekends to notifiy me of a new listing. Im happy with my home in the country near the edge of town, perfect location. I was a former real estate agent in another state and I know a good realtor when I meet him! Doug is one of the very best realtors I have known. He listed my house and sold me a condo all in the same week. I chose him because he wasn't pushy, had all the information I needed, and was super-efficient in returning calls and gathering more information. He is very professional yet personal; he gives advice when sought but lets you make your own decisions.
