Working with Ed Brewer was one of our best experiences in the stressful process of selling/buying a home. Ed is very knowledgeable about the area, goes the extra mile for his clients, and was always accessible. We would highly recommend Ed as the top choice for real estate agent.

We hired Ed Brewer in September 2020 as he was recommended to us by family. He was single handily the most unresponsive, and most dissatisfied experience we’ve ever had. On top of absolutely no communication, he actually bold face lied to my husband and I. We received an offer on our home and had an inspection scheduled- which Ed said he would be attending on our behalf. The morning of, my husband texted Ed to confirm details. No response. He didn’t even attend it, and then had the nerve to LIE and say he wasn’t allowed to attend because of Covid-19. Which we contacted a personal friend who is also an Agent in Saratoga. Which was an outright lie. He simply didn’t care. We never heard from him again until We contacted him- almost 3 weeks later, then he didn’t have our closing date correct. Never was organized. Truly made this process a horrible one. Do not hire Edward Brewer, he will make lies and excuses. And simply will not help you at all but will be happy to take the commission.

Ed and his team did a fantastic job of marketing our home! We were very impressed with their persistence to get us the best price possible for our property. Plus, Ed was a pleasure to work with.

I would highly recommend Ed to help you sell a house in northern Columbia county/Rensselaer county. His experience, knowledge and patience was invaluable for us while selling our home. Every bit of advice he offered was correct, he was fair and patient with us and followed up on all leads and inquiries. A true professional that was a delight to work with every step of the way from listing our home to closing on the sale.

Ed helped us purchase a home which we closed on the first of January 2017. While the home was not his listing, he was extremely helpful in the entire process. I would highly recommend Ed to anyone selling or purchasing a home. I will not use anyone else in the future and I constantly recommend him to whoever I speak with.
