What an amazing agent and did not like any until Augie and his wife Ksenia are amazing. Other agents need to learn from them. They are truly terrific at what they do and their knowledge about the area is remarkable. Augie first sold me the bank owned property that I later sold a unbelievable profit. Most people don't earn in a year what I made by listening to their advise.

Augie and his wife were extremely helpful in helping us with our purchase. They wanted to be sure i had all the help I needed to meet timelines/deadlines for a successful close. It worked -we closed rather quickly and the process was rather painless.

Very rude, ignorant and short. Always says he has "100s of listings you caught me in the car" to rush you off the phone. It's a shame because he lost my business from his unprofessional demeanor. I have been in the area for a very long time and he is the rudest realtor i have met. Not helpful either. Doesn't know why you could possibly have called him. Look elsewhere!
