Ed was great. Always available, very flexible, and very patient as I figured out what I was looking for in my first house. He made me feel like I was his only client with the amount of attention and availability provided.

I've worked with Ed multiple times over the past 7 years and couldn't imagine working with anyone else. He has facilitated sales, purchases, and rentals with me and he has an incredible understanding of the market. His knowledge combined with his kind demeanor helps to make the process far less stressful than I imagined.

Ed has been a tried and true realtor for us. Last year we put an offer on a house and made it to a week until closing, when the deal fell apart due to a title issue. Ed was undeterred and remained upbeat and helpful throughout that whole, complicated process. Then, with the market in Boston being pretty competitive and crazy, we put multiple offers down on multiple houses and they were not accepted. That was not Ed's doing; we were not comfortable forgoing certain contingencies and Ed respected our decisions. Finally we just closed on a house on Friday. Throughout that process Ed was again kind, upbeat, and completely accessible. If you are looking for a ruthless, winner-take-all bulldog personality in a realtor, that's not Ed. He is a warm and dependable professional who really knows his business. Because of that, he has formed relationships with other fantastic professionals as well. This network of providers made our home-buying experience--dare I say--pleasant! We recommend him very highly.

Ed was an amazingly helpful, supportive, and competent realtor. He helped through every step of finding and purchasing our first home, on a fairly limited budget for the area, without being pressuring or mystifying. He connected us with other really excellent real estate professionals in the are (lawyer, inspector, etc.) which was especially helpful as first-time buyers. Overall the process was much less panic-ridden and much more fun and pleasant because of his kindness and professionalism. I would recommend him without any reservations.

My husband and I worked with Ed and Sheena during our home buying process. They went above and beyond to find us our home and we could not be happier. They are not only very knowledgeable in their field but personable and hardworking! They made our experience of buying our first home not so scary and even fun at times. We can't thank them enough!
