We listed our family condo at Ocean Isle Beach in February 2020 just before the pandemic closed things down. We were not optimistic that we would sell it during this time but Edwina was very encouraging. We got a great offer in early April even while most people were not visiting beaches. Edwina represented the buyer too which I was somewhat skeptical about but she was very fair to all parties. She was extremely helpful with all details since we live 4 hours away and were reluctant to travel during COVID. She went above and beyond to make sure all inspections and repairs were completed. The closing was handled remotely and it all went very smoothly. Edwina is professional and a great communicator so we always knew what was happening. We highly recommend her.

Edwina was very attentive to our move. We were relocating from Ohio and made 2 trips to North Carolina to view homes. She listened to what was important to us in a home. When we decided to do a 360 and look at houses instead of condos, she had no problem switching gears with us. She spent many hours locating and setting up showings for us when we were available. She made sure we understood all the HOA for each development as well. She went to the closing with us and made sure we understood all the documents from closing. I highly recommend her for looking for your forever home.

We were connected with Edwina through our realtor so she could provide the local knowledge that we needed. Edwina was responsive and listened to what we were looking for in our search for a place near the beach. Edwina made the process easy to understand and had other referrals for local attorneys, etc.
