We decided to relocate to the Brunswick County Beaches and used Colleen. It was a wonderful experience. She is the only realtor to reach out with a great packet of information. We had specific requirements for a location and amenities and Colleen showed us all places that matched that list. The market was very hot at the time so we decided to buy a golf course lot and build. She helped us find a lot with little chance of flooding; she knew all the lots on the market from memory. She also put us in touch with a lender and builder who she recommended and trusted from prior experience. We are now in our house and love it and the community we chose. I would highly recommend Colleen.

We recently purchased a home in Bolivia, NC. Colleen Teifer of Silver Coast Properties was our realtor. She is extremely good at the whole realtor business. We could not have made it through the process of looking for, finding, making an offer on, finding a mortgage for, finding insurance for, finding a NC lawyer to help us with the purchase of, or getting hooked up with the common utility companies for the house we wanted. We were the kind of home buyers that were very picky about what we wanted and we took several years to decide that we finally had the house we wanted. Colleen patiently showed us house after house only to have us leave NC without buying any of the houses we saw. We visited southern NC several times over three years and she was always willing to take us to see more houses. She did her homework and showed us houses that matched what we told her we wanted to see. She was able to fill in most of the holes in the information on the homes that we needed to know, even if the information was not on the papers prepared for prospective buyers. When we finally decided to make an offer on a house, Colleen walked us through that process. We decided what we wanted to offer for the house and Colleen did all the work for us after that. When the sellers accepted our offer, Colleen stayed with us and connected us with all of the people and businesses we needed to make that purchase happen. Colleen was there with us to resolve any difficulties we had with those people and companies. If you're trying to decide if you want to buy are you're serious about finding a new home in the south NC area, you couldn't ask for a better realtor than Colleen Teifer of Silver Coast Properties.

We looked for a place at Sunset and OIB for close to two years. Colleen showed us +75 properties over that time period. We would come down usually on a day trip and see 5-7 properties at a time. Colleen was able to flawlessly arrange all of the requested visits. Colleen was punctual, professional and very knowledgable. My wife and I highly recommend Colleen.

Colleen was an immense help in assisting my partner and I as we relocated to the Sunset Beach area and purchased a home. She was patient with our endless questions, responsive with communications, and even made herself available after closing to make sure our transition went smoothly. I would highly recommend her as an established realtor in the area who knows the market and values the comfort and success of her clients through every stage of the process.

You cannot go wrong when using Colleen Teifer as your Realtor. We have had the pleasure of using her three times. Twice when we purchased and once when we sold our home. When we listed our home with Colleen, she sold it the same day. Her listings stand apart from others. The attention to detail she put into the write-up of our home was amazing. The professional photographer she used to take photos was fantastic. The photos were magazine quality. It took us a long time to find the perfect home to purchase and Colleen was so patient and understanding. She did not rush us in anyway. She was there for us throughout the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable and is very familiar with the area. We recommend her to all our friends. You are in the best hands when you use Colleen.
