Best realtor EVER! Elaine is not only very knowledgeable she goes over and beyond with her clients! We were stationed in Jackson Mo in 2017 to which thankfully we found Elaine who we bought our home though and in 2020 we were stationed in Tx so we sold our home though Elaine which I might add she sold our home day 2 on the market! And so my husband retired and wanted land so we called Elaine and told her what we wanted and she searched and searched until she found us a home and land! She walks with you though all the stages the good and bad the scary and the best stages! She is just AMAZING! I would recommend Elaine and I do to EVERYONE!!! She’s the best!!!!

Elaine was extremely prompt in all of our communications. She made selling our home a priority and was very dedicated to the process. She had great pointers for preparing our house to sell and in response to client's feedback. She was kind and professional. Overall, we are very happy we chose Elaine and would do again if the opportunity presented itself.

Buying a home with the help of Elaine has been one of the most positive experience that my husband and i have ever had. she was referred to us by a close relative that had purchased a home from her several years earlier. She went above and beyond in all the things she did for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone . There was never a time if i called her that she didnt answer the phone. Time was of no essence to her. Instead of a 5 star rating she deserves a 10 . I am excited about living in the same town as Elaine and her family ,not only is she an amazing Realtor/Broker but she has become a wonderful friend...

I have complete confidence in Elaine. She is the most knowledgeable agent I have met. My experience on both sides...being both a buyer and seller, I have decided to go with Elaine 3 times. The very best in my mind. She knows her stuff in and out.

I am a senior and I lived in FL and wanted to move to Cape and could not be driving the distance back and fourth so I needed a relator I could trust and depend on and as she was referred to me by a friend I put all my trust in her doing the walk though on video, now a good realtor that is truly experienced and cares for her home buyer would normally guide a customer especially knowing there situation me being a senior and on a limited income to a home with minimal needs I was lead to the complete opposite the back yard a grassless dirty mess large pluming issues and all the previous work done on the house done as cheaply as possible or half as""" certain things on DocuSign were not completed such as a pluming issue and the home warranty, I would describe her as a wolf in sheep's clothing! I would not work with this company again and I would not recommended.
