I was a first time home buyer trying to find a house in a very fast paced market. The realtor I had prior to Elisa did not seem like they had the time for me, so I asked my friends for recommendations. My friend introduced me to Elisa and it was like a night and day. Elisa took the time to find out what I was looking for in a home, went over my finances to help see what I could afford, and answered any questions I had. She made me feel comfortable through the whole process, she pointed out various issues with some properties we looked at, and was clear about whether the properties were valued properly. Elisa did an incredible job helping me sell my 1800's Victorian home. From the moment I contacted her, she let me set the pace with the selling process. I had 20+ years of history in the home and I was downsizing. Elisa had professional contacts (plumbers, movers, junk removal, painters, ...) at the ready. She guided me through the process expertly. When I was ready to list Eliza was prepared with her research on the area, photographer, description of the property, and special showing tools to keep me updated on activity at the home. I was impressed with her knowledge of historical architecture and professionalism. I was amazed that the house was on the market for only four days, and I had three solid offers to consider.
