As first time buyers we were very scared and had saved up money for the past few years in able to afford the house we wanted. We were lucky enough to find Liz because she has made the process completely painless. We live out of town and wanted to move close to friends as well who were in Liz's area. Liz accommodated our busy schedules and was able to help us buy a house that we loved. Could not thank her highly enough, and we realize that we were a "small" deal but she treated us as graciously and with the courtesy if we were buying a multi-million dollar home. We had previous experiences with some of her colleagues so we know the downside to what you can get. Liz is the real deal. Again, can not stress strongly enough how much we appreciate what she did for us. Thanks again.

LIZ CLOSES! Liz was amazing every step along the way. She sold our condo using very productive techniques, and found a lovely home that we are now enjoying. No matter what time of day we called her with questions, we got immediate feedback. Her positive attitude, professional manner, and down-to-earth personality made it a joy to work with her. We flew into the Lehigh Valley area to buy a home for our son who was going to a local college. We had read an interesting article about buying a home instead of renting from the college being a smarter financial decision. The difficulty of our task was finding someone that could help on short notice, that we could trust. Elizabeth had some great reviews and we decided to give her a shot. Our family couldn't have been happier. She guided us towards better areas and showed us areas to stay away from where prices didn't seem to be as advantageous. We made several offers and were disappointed by not getting a home, but Elizabeth kept us calm and encouraged us to be patient. Our patience finally paid off and we went under contract. We are now looking at additional properties and are using Elizabeth to follow through on those.

Elizabeth is a quality person as well as a realtor, she is honest and really knows the business inside and out. She was extremely helpful when my wife and i purchased our house.

Liz helped my family and I buy a fixer upper. The logistics of it were difficult because we had a long way to travel and we had a fixed budget but she was able to hunt down some prospects and we couldn't be happier. When we are done the property will be worth several times what we paid for it. Even though the value of the property was not anywhere near as high as some of the ones she deals with she treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism at every step of the way. I know that our needs were difficult but she took away some of those difficulties, got us to be patient when we needed to be, helped us cut through some of the red tape in the buying process and got us to settlement fully prepared. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Liz to anyone looking to buy real estate.
