Emily facilitated the purchase of my first home, and I am amazed at how smoothly the whole process went. First of all, she was able to show me the house I ended up buying on short notice on a weekend. I probably wouldn't have had the opportunity to buy it had she not made time for me. From making the offer on the house to closing, Emily explained everything to me and made sure I understood what I was signing before I signed it. She answered all of my questions. I was able to sit back, follow her directions, and trust that she had my back, which was valuable to me throughout this process. Highly recommend. Buying my first home turned out to be a breeze thanks in large part to Emily.

Emily worked with our family for over a year to help us find the right home. For half of that year we were not even in the same state. She was very prompt in getting back to us with any questions we had about homes. She would go and make videos of the homes we were interested in seeing and send them to us. Emily was able to answer any questions we had, and very simply explain parts of the process that we need not understand. Emily was flexible with us as we often would change our minds. She showed great knowledge in her profession and of the area. When it comes time to move she will be the first we call. I highly recommend Emily Weyrick for any of your real estate needs.

She is very patient and knowledgeable about the process. It was extra nice to work with her especially when I am a first time home buyer. She is also very responsive and initiates follow up as needed, never left me hanging!

I bought a house using Emily as buying agent. She seemed “green” about the process of buying the home but was good with responding to messages and calls. She pushed an escrow company to work with (even though I had a great past experience with a different escrow company and wanted to use them) she listed her preferred escrow company on my offer with our first talking to me. In the end she was able to close the deal but it upset me that she lied about escrow costs and it ended up costing me money.

Emily helped us from the get go with purchasing our first home! She understood the process and handled everything very professionally. She was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to my questions and drawing up offers. We would highly recommend working with her, you won't regret it!
