Tim is the best there is. We could not have had a better experience working with him as our realtor. He is extremely reliable, responsive and dedicated. He was patient with all our first time homeowner questions as we navigated the housing market and moving to a new city. He is extremely knowledgeable, and you can trust his expertise. Tim was fantastic to work with! He made the search process easy & was very responsive. He helped me to negotiate a great deal on my new home, and as a first time home buyer I felt confident that I was being taken care of throughout the process. Tim also had great recommendations for inspectors, attorneys, and contractors to help move through the closing process.
