Cathy was a phenomenal realtor for us in selling our townhome. During our first meeting with her she explained her strategy and process of preparing for the sale, and the following day she presented us with a notebook that included the comps she had researched, of recent sales she had completed, a history of the original purchase of the townhome and of the time when we purchased it from the original owner, and a sheet showing the fees and expenses for the upcoming sale of our home. The contents of that notebook impressed us about Cathy's professionalism, dedication, and concern for us as she would be representing us in the sales process. Cathy had a potential buyer a day after we met with her, and this party made an offer which we accepted. Cathy was there with us throughout the process between initial showing and closing of our home. She continually communicated with us using texts, emails, and phone calls. We would highly recommend Cathy to serve as a very conscientious, successful, and gracious realtor.

Cathy was very professional, very detailed, and very knowledgeable. She kept us informed of everything that was happening during our sale. She had our place sold in 1 day and there was a bidding war on top of it. She gave us good advice when asked for it. I really felt she was honest and trustworthy. I will be sending anyone I know looking to sell to Cathy for sure. She's amazing.

We were so lucky to find Cathy to sell our home. One of her greatest strengths was understanding the market and recommending price point. Her greatest strength was being there no matter what time or day for questions and to walk us through each step of the process. We had not removed anything from the house after the kids (adults) left and had a lot of furniture and clutter. We had Cathy's recommendations, but she also provided a team for us to work with. They provided contemporary paint colors and a deep clean before showing the house. Cathy had great connections and provided service references that could immediately help us. She and her team showed us where furniture should be placed to best show the rooms and what should be removed. I am not good at this and I appreciated that I could send pictures of the rooms and Cathy confirmed placement of furniture and even helped with placement of accessories. I listened to every piece of advice she had, and I think this helped us sell the house within 3 days at a competitive price. Thanks Cathy!
