Eric and Lynn are both very knowledgeable and responsive. I encountered a few hiccups in the sale of my home, and Eric called me multiple times to walk me through my options to keep things moving forward. This is the second home Eric has helped me with, and I will continue to recommend him to all of my friends and family. He is the best of the best!

As a first time home seller, Eric helped walk me through the process and was always available to answer all of my questions. When reviewing all offers, Eric was there to listen to my feedback and then provide his own feedback based on his expertise. Eric and Lynn were a great team to work with and I will definitely use them in the future.

I managed the sale of my mother's home in central Pennsylvania. Eric was recommended to me by my agents in DC, where I live. Eric's deep knowledge of the local market was really useful in a situation where I didn't know much about what to expect. I can't imagine a smoother, more pleasant experience in a real estate sale. The house sold in under 48 hours, slightly above asking, which was, upon Eric's expert advice, already about 25% above what I thought we might get. After that, Eric and his associate, Lynn Fleisher, stayed on top of things at every step in the process. They were especially strong advocates on my behalf during the inspection process. I had responses within minutes to all my questions--and it was a pleasure to interact with them at every turn. Eric Hoffer and his right hand, Lynn Fleisher, did an excellent job of seeing me through the home buying AND selling process. I thought being a buyer in this market was going to be extra stressful because everything was moving so fast, but they kept me steady and got me over the finish line with ease. And when it was time to list my old house, it went like clockwork – they are a great team. Focused, organized, and with a list of the right contacts to get my home ready to list, they made my sale so much easier. One of them was always available to answer a question or address a concern. And, after we had accepted an offer, Eric continued working with the buyer’s team to make the sale happen without a hitch.
