We were lucky to have Sue as our Realtor in 2019 when we moved to Delaware, and now again in 2024 when relocating. Sue knows all the various markets in Delaware and was most patient with my husband and me as we considered all options when listing our home. Sue's legal background is an additional bonus so you can relax that you have an ethical representative. A refreshing bonus in 2024 I must say.

Sarah was amazing ! Put in a lot of work . Everything I needed or asked of her. She was the best and an awesome person. She helped me sell and buy. Gave me advice and looked upinfo that I needed. She is a very amazing person , always responded right away. Gave me advice on negotiating. Helped me to navigate the market. And she has so much knowledge on the local .

Sarah was great from the beginning to the end of the process. Even when we ran into a problem with a bad selling agent and her broker - she worked hard at getting it right. I would recommend Sarah without any hesitation she was a hard worker, diligent, effective and outstanding. In fact when I move to Annapolis this Spring, I plan to use her to sell my house. It is hard to find and keep outstanding employees like Sarah - you should give her a bonus.
