Eric could not have been a better Realtor for my wife and me to sell out condo in Cocoa Beach! It is rare to find a realtor who genuinely wants what is best for you, and Eric is certainly that. At one point in my decision process on whether to sell or rent out my condo, after giving him the numbers on our gain/loss, Eric said it probably would be best for us to rent even though that would mean far less commission for him. We decided to sell after all, and fortunately, Eric did such a great job that we still ended up making a sizable profit on our condo that we only owned for a year! If you want a trustworthy realtor who can answer all of your questions/concerns and handle all the trouble of homebuying process for you, Eric is your best option in Brevard County!

Eric is a one of kind professional! He made sure to accommodate my wife and I despite our different schedules, always just a call or text away. His honesty helped us pick the perfect house. This is the second property I bought with Eric and each time he’s guided me through the process, from first time clueless to around the block “pro” he made sure I made all the right decisions. Eric's expertise in real estate and construction as well as his knowledge of the surrounding area was above expectations, we viewed a number of homes with his guidance and are extremely satisfied with him. he is very attentive, and on top of the whole process from start to finish, any question we had were answered immediately as well as keeping all of the other moving parts in line for the purchase of our home.

We first met Eric when he was helping our daughter and husband find a property after moving to the area. We were so impressed with how he steered them through to a fantastic purchase that we reached out to him when we decided to move from the west coast to east coast! Eric made the process of finding and buying a condo easy and pleasant. We had a tight budget and very specific locations that we were interested in but he made it work. Super pleased with our experience working with him, I would use Eric again and would recommend him to friends and family.
