Eric did a wonderful job with the purchase of our home. He was very knowledgeable about the language of real estate world. He was available frequently to talk to and negotiate with. He made the process very easy and the communication was great. I would recommend or use him for the process again if need be.

Eric was the best at finding homes in the area we wanted. He knew information not only about the home, but the local school districts and the community as well. If there was something Eric was not sure about he always went to the right resources and got back to us with answers very quickly. He never got irritated with us or our decisions and he was very kind through the whole process of buying our first home! Highly recommend Eric LeBlanc!

Eric was knowledgeable of the area in helping us find a great home. He also listed and sold our previous home and was very helpful in the closing process. I would highly recommend him to all!

Eric was always available to answer our questions. He was just as thoroughly going through the home with us and helping us think of things that we might not have as first time home buyers. I felt that he prioritized us and was always honest about what he thought about the homes we were seeing and prices and offers.

Eric is an amazing agent. I can't express how happy my fiance and myself were to have Eric helping us with the house hunt in these crazy times. Eric always provided helpful insight at every turn and answered our questions completely. He was always available day and night, 7 days a week and made sure we always got to view the houses we asked about. Not only that, Eric consistently sent us houses to check out that were always within our preferences and budget, even when we made sudden adjustments due to life events. Eric was also very insightful while looking through houses, often pointing out areas of concern and always knew impressive amounts about the homes we were seeing. What we appreciated most about Eric was the honesty in every interaction. At no point did Eric push us into a house and always gave us the facts, never overlooking the details that could influence a decision. Our house journey took over a year and some months before we finally got into the house that fit our budget and checked the boxes we needed it to, and at no point did we ever even consider not working with Eric. Anyone who chooses Eric as their agent is making the best choice they can and should rest assured they are in great hands. When we go to buy our next home as our family grows, we will most definitely be reaching out to Eric again.
