Miss Brooke is the business!!! She took so much time with us, took all of my frantic calls right away (with no frustration) and I am a needy client. lol she goes above and beyond. She found us everything we needed plus more. She knows her new builds, lived in homes, and everything else. She found us our dream home within our budget, and we cannot be happier. She also took the time to get us the sweetest gift personalized and all. Not only have I met an amazing realtor, I’ve also met a new friend.

We knew that Danielle would be our realtor when we met her at a Zillow showing request and she arrived with all of the information she could find on the house we viewed. She collected that information in about an hour! Danielle's work ethic, communication, and speed at which she completes work is wonderful and has really rivaled our expectations of service from a realtor. If you're looking for a professional who puts you first and does all they can to ensure you have the best experience possible, then Danielle is your person. Danielle is knowledgeable about the area and has extensive experience working in both the real estate and construction industries (which is a huge bonus!). Melody is undoubtedly the best agent I’ve worked with when it comes to real estate. She is a powerhouse - so knowledgeable and responsive; a true gem in her industry. I’ve used her 3x now over the years and could not be happier. 10/10 would recommend!!

Melody did an excellent job. From giving us suggestions on how to stage our house, having pictures taken to quickly responding to our texts, calls. Melody got our house sold in 2 weeks and the price we wanted. I highly recommend Melody & her company.
