We cannot say enough positive things about our experience working with Erica. She has been awesome to work with! She has been very knowledgeable and helpful through the process of us buying a home in St. Johns. Erica is quick to respond, has a very positive personality and tons of knowledge of the area. She has been very helpful to us beyond real estate as well, with recommendations of professional help needed. No question or concerns we expressed phased her, and she was right there checking and ready with an answer. We would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent! Brian did a fantastic job selling my parent home. He was a great teammate from start to finish. My parent had moved out and I was an out of town seller. He took care of so many things that were above and beyond other agents I have worked with. As a military family we are very familiar with moving! We are also familiar with hard work, integrity, attention to details and being on time every time. Brian has all of these qualities wrapped up with a great knowledge of Florida Realestate laws, all of which greatly benifits me! Erica was an absolute professional helping me sell my house. She helped me immensely in an increasingly buyer's market and helped me close despite hitting some legal delays. Her and her team helped work through multiple issues and we were able to get the house sold.

Erica did a wonderful job in selling our Jacksonville home. When we interviewed her, she was extremely well prepared and had a great understanding of the current market. She guided us through the entire process from start to finish. Her communication skills were excellent and she would respond to our questions even while she was on vacation. She did a phenomenal job of marketing our home. She had beautiful color brochures made up for potential buyers and advertised on many internet sites. She is an awesome agent and an awesome person!
