We are of state buyers who were looking to buy an investment property which lends itself to unique challenges. Taylor and her team were top notch. What we needed most was a realtor who had a great local knowledge of the various neighborhoods in Jacksonville, and we found that in Taylor. The process was smooth, and the communication was excellent. If we find ourselves looking for additional properties in Jacksonville, Taylor will be our go to!

My wife and I literally could not recommend Ashley enough...! She is the ULTIMATE realtor and made the process of buying our first home smooth and seamless from day one to closing. We are still in touch with her and the Keller Williams team now for assistance with the 'after closing' phase of buying a home. Ashley took the time out of her day to meet with us and truly get to know what our goals were in purchasing. From our first meeting, we could tell she was extremely knowledgeable, very well connected, and all about getting us into a home that was right for us. The proceeding weeks and months that followed were loads of fun - touring houses with Ashley as we slowly honed what it was we wanted in our future home. She was available literally all hours of the day and night to answer questions via email, text, or phone call. Her immense flexibility was particularly important for us, since my wife and I work odd (and unpredictable) hours. Her long list of connections and resources was a huge help for us in finding the right HOI, Mortgage Broker, Inspectors and more! It really felt like she was truly invested in our home buying process, and that she cared for our future. I have since recommended Ashley to friends in the area who are looking to sell and/or buy, and they have told me their experiences have been happily the same. Taylor and team did a great job! Great communication and always went above and beyond during the entire process! From the time I signed the realtor agreement to closing Taylor and the Rocco group were there the entire time.

Taylor is by far the best realtor I've ever worked with. Not only was she responsive and knowledgeable of the area but she also knows all the right vendors in town! I highly recommend Taylor!

My wife Rosemary and I were looking to move to the St. John's area in 2023 and we connected with Taylor Diaz at the Rocco Group at Keller Williams. Taylor was instrumental in helping us find a great new construction home in Nocatee. She was very knowledgable about all of the communities in St. John's county and showed us many of them, educating us in on all the positives and negatives of each one.
