I cant say enough about our experience with Erica! She knows her local area well and gave us great advice regarding our listing. Erica was on top of every detail and kept us informed at every step. Ours was a challenging sale involving five parties, three countries, and three trusts, but she was able to arrange it fast and it went smoothly! She went above and beyond for us, including amazing professional pictures of our place, and we had an offer almost immediately! We highly recommend Erica!!

Erica Simpson is a fantastic real estate professional. She gives highly personalized attention, responds to messages lightning fast - AND gives you so much information throughout the process. We worked together for a year on a new construction project, and her attention to detail and care for her clients were incredible. I was so consistently impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. I wish I could rate her even higher. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in Juneau, Alaska.

From the moment Erica took on the sale of our house it was completely professional from start to finish. She took care of all meetings, all paperwork, all walk throughs of prospective buyers as well as inspection people. It was by far the smoothest sales process we ever experienced. Erica was also very timely, never late for an appointment. She worked any hours needed to get the job done. I even referred a friend to her on a Sunday morning at 8:45 and by 11:am that same day, Erica was already meeting with them and had their house sold within a week. Her direction and advice as to how to list the house was excellent and her many years of experience in this field was very apparent. I would recommend her to anyone wanting professional and no-nonsense help in selling their home. You will not be disappointed!
