What a truly wonderful experience working with Tila! She really went to bat for my husband and I, answering our calls and texts quickly and she jumped in and got to work right away when I called her on a weekend to tell her I found my dream home. She didn’t give up until we got the keys, all thirty something of them ??! I felt like I could trust her during every step of the process to steer us right. I doubt I will ever buy a new house again as this one is just so perfect for me, but if I do find the need, I will be contacting Tila, she is a natural!

Tila was wonderful, she addressed every concern we had regarding closing and what we needed to do to get our house ready to sell! Then when it came to staging, she was so organized and so quick! When it came to picking the right buyer, Tila shared all the positive and the negative. We moved out of state and Tila made sure she found us a trust worthy and honest Relator in our new state. It really makes a difference having an honest relator! Tila gets a 10/10 from me!

Tila helped us through the process of selling our home and finding a new home. Thanks to her market knowledge and negotiation skills we were able to sell our home for a good profit. She staged the house beautifully with great attention to detail. Thanks to that, during the open house we were able to receive many offers. She managed the challenges very well and with an optimistic attitude. We highly recommend her.
