We have worked with Erik and Karol on a couple of different homes we have bought and sold and they have been amazing! When selling our home their team didn’t a fantastic job staging and making sure our home was looking it’s very best! They work around the clock to book showings, and when the offers came in they made the process of closing very simple. When buying we felt we had the best in our corner to negotiate our wants and needs to the sellers! We honestly cannot say enough good about this duo and the business they have built. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our buying and selling needs!
