Home Improvement budget 440- Lowes, masonry supplies 300- stone for fireplace The primary reason why we chose Erin is because she sold us our home 7 years prior. She remained in contact with us the entire seven years. In fact, every once in a while, we would receive a postcard or UK calendar in the mail just to let us know she’s thinking about us. It’s the personal touch that makes the difference for us. Therefore, it was a no-brainer when we decided to chose Erin to sell our home. Part of the experience of moving is having it a realtor that is knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive. Erin did an amazing job helping us with the selling process. We live out of state and she went above and beyond making sure that the process went smoothly from showings to negotiating with the buyers to making repairs. Communication can be tough with managing a business transaction remotely like that but Erin did an excellent job dealing with it and made it seem easy!
