Erin was wonderful to work with from the moment my wife and I inquired about the property through closing. She communicated clearly and timely, listened to our concerns during the negotiation process, and was knowledgeable about the area and the ins/outs of buying/selling a mountain lake property. We bought and sold two homes in another state 5 years ago and had many headaches with agents on both sides. Erin made this purchase go very smoothly. We highly recommend working with Erin on a property purchase or sale!

Erin Southards is really an amazing realtor! It's been an extreme pleasure to work with her. My wife and I found Erin online when we decided to buy a vacation home in Bryson City, NC. Almost every obstacle you could imagine presented itself during the process...family emergency, major inspection problems, improper deed recording problems, and then our appraiser completely disappeared off the face of the earth. We were about to give up on our mountain dream home, and the hurdles were enough to give any other realtor a nervous breakdown. Not Erin though. She remained calm and collective and handled every can of worms with absolute professionalism and efficiency like they were no big deal, she just pushed right through it each time. She fought long and hard to keep us and the seller happy in spite of all the challenges. Erin has proven herself to be the realtor you want on your side, the best of the best, and she has a GREAT team backing her up (a special Thank you to Associate Avery and Broker Chester). Thanks to Erin and her team our mountain dream home is now a reality!

Working with Erin was probably the most amazing experience I’ve had with a realtor. Purchasing a property from outside the local area is always a gamble but she made the process so simple and had all the answers to my many questions. She made it her number 1 priority to go out of her way for me during this process and I am grateful for her hard work and dedication. From start to finish, Erin was always prompt with her communication and adapted to my 6 hour time zone difference, even making herself available in the early morning hours to make sure my needs where met and exceeded. Before my signing date for the property, I flew in to take a look at the property. She was very punctual and had all of my questions answered before hand. Her dedication to excellence and familiarity with the area made my visit seamless and cost effective. I highly recommend Erin for any and all realtor needs inside the Awenasa area and abroad.
