Even though Maryland is located in Newport I chose her to list my house in Redmond and it couldn't have been a better one. We had signs up and it was listed lickety split. She is very personable listen instead of trying to sell you on everything. She is the go-to gal whether you are looking to buy a home or sell the one you're in now. Marilyn was great to work with. Very responsive to messages and phone calls. She showed us homes over a large area and was always helpful. If she didn’t know an answer right away she got it for us very quickly. Highly recommend!

We had our home listed with another agency for several years on and off, with no real interest. We took the house off the market and made some cosmetic changes to make it more attractive to buyers, ie., new flooring, and paint inside. I contacted Freddy and told him what we wanted, and he looked at the expired listing and said the pics needed updating and a professional touch. A professional photographer took the pics, and they were posted on the MLS on a Tuesday evening. We had an offer the following morning of almost full asking price and 15 thousand more than our previous listing. We sold our house in less than a day thanks in large part to Freddy Saxton. He's the best! I'm not related either!
