If you are in the market for a home, be cautious when dealing with this agent, especially if they are the seller's representative. She has been known to accept multiple offers simultaneously and send contracts to several buyers. This practice can waste your time, money, and effort, including unnecessary trips to the lawyer's office to sign contracts. Often, she will hold your contract for a week while she waits for responses from other buyers. This behavior reflects poorly on her professionalism and integrity. Proceed with caution.

Gina was amazing! Super responsive and very helpful throughout the entire process. She was always just a phone call away when needed. I am out of state and she was able to help me manage certain tasks with ease, that otherwise would have been very difficult for me. I highly recommend working with Gina and her husband Al. 5 stars all around!
