Ginger did an outstanding job selling our home. Ginger was always available to answer any questions, kept us informed, and explained every step from staging the home to making settlement. It's a stressful journey and Ginger made us feel comfortable the whole time. She takes her job to heart. Her years of knowledge were exemplary. We believe our house would not have sold if it wasn't for Ginger's expertise, compassion & professionalism. We would use Ginger again and definitely recommend her.

Ginger is a true professional in every sense. She takes the time to get to know what you're looking for, responds immediately, and really knows all there is to know about real estate. She never made us feel rushed or unimportant, she answered all ofbpur questions and when we needed referrals she hooked us up with the best people. This was my first home buying experience and it went so smoothly. And selling the old house went off without a hitch, too. We joke that we're sad that Ginger found a house for us so quickly, because we wished we could've worked with her longer!!

Ginger is very knowledgeable, honest and professional. She listens to you and will give you her expert opinion. She's spot on with her advice. Communication couldn't be any better. She follows up on all showings to get input from potential buyers and relays it back.
