Grace has done a phenomenal job working for me as my realtor. In an extremely crazy market she helped me look at and find numerous homes and ultimately helped me land my dream home. She would drop what she was doing and at an instant to be there to show me a house when needed. She truly understands that time is of the essence when shopping for a house right now. She did a great job understanding what my needs were and what I was looking for and tailored our searches to help me find that. She provided great advise on what to look out for and red flags to avoid. When it came time to place an offer and close on the house I finally landed she did a phenomenal job and ensured everything went very smoothly. She really focused on the fine details to ensure I got the best deal possible. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home

Grace was recommended to us by one of her senior colleagues, whom we had worked with before. Grace is very professional and knowledgeable, for any realtor, but especially for someone of her age and years in the business. She was always on-time (if not early) for appointments, and a great communicator. She was also very flexible if we got our signals crossed, or wanted to view a property at the last minute. She was fun and pleasant to work with, and is a very poised and dynamic young woman. I would recommend her to anyone.

My husband and I were looking for the perfect house to start our family in and Grace was absolutely amazing. She showed us a bunch of properties and was always willing to at least go and look. Grace always did her research of every house we checked out and was more then helpful. In the end she found us the perfect house and we fell in love with it right away. It was a difficult transaction with sellers who were less then cooperative and still Grace handled everything with a smile. She advocated for us and went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we asked for! She made the home purchasing process a delight and we will be using her in the future (hopefully not for a long time) but we will also be recommending her to any friends and family looking. 10/10 she isn't only a great realtor she also became a great friend!

My fiancé and I have been way more than pleased with our experience with Fort Real Estate, especially with Grace in particular! Admittedly, we had our share of ups and downs trying to buy a home during the Covid-19 pandemic. Grace never lost hope and was always an incredibly positive and helpful guide on our way. Despite receiving a few rejected offers, she was always transparent regarding the reason and never hid information or forgot to tell us things. We experienced her dedication to her role and to us as clients several times when she scheduled late house showings at the last minute (8:00 p.m...) We have been incredibly thrilled and pleased with our experience. Grace is a knowledgeable and dedicated realtor who my fiancé and I will gladly continue to work with in the future!
