Greg Chamish is the absolute best realtor that I have ever used; and that’s going some since I just bought my 10th house. Greg worked with me to find a new home in 2021 in Forest Hill and now again sold that home in less than a day! His personality is so calm, he’s so knowledgeable, and nothing ever flusters him! I’m high-strung but he never seemed to mind my craziness. I highly recommend Greg and all of the amazing staff at Black Dog Realty!

We had been in our home for 30 years and had never sold a house. Greg helped us figure out what we should do, could do, and needed to do. He recommended professionals to contact for the various stages such as downsizing, staging, painting and even a roofer at the last minute. All proved helpful and trustworthy. Greg responded quickly to all our questions and emails and kept us calm(ish) when things went awry. We were able to sell the house in the time frame promised and at a good price. An excellent realtor.
