Katie is a Godsend, truly. My husband and I decided we needed to move rather quickly, and from the moment Katie (and her team at Compass Home Group) got involved, I felt so much comfort knowing my home search/sale was in good hands. Katie did a wonderful job advising us on how to improve the home we were selling to get the best price, and worked SO hard to find us the perfect home to move into. I am not the easiest person to work with as I have a lot of anxiety, but Katie excelled at keeping me calm even in the stressful moments. Moving is such a hard thing to do, especially when selling a house and buying at the same time, and Katie did a fantastic job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND her and her team (Kris in the office is AMAZING with communication and helping with anything you may need as well).

Niki is absolutely amazing! She was a pleasure to work with—always prompt in scheduling tours, answering our questions, and handling all the necessary paperwork efficiently. Niki, has gone above and beyond for my family. First she found us our perfect home , so that we could accommodate my Dad having his own space. All while we still living in SC. Secondly she found unique ways to advertise our condo and get it under contact. We so much appreciate Niki and her team for their professionalism, quick responses to our questions and how she treated us like family.

I can't say enough positive things about Tim, Michele, and the whole team at CHG. It's obvious they look out for your best interest first and foremost, and do a fantastic job of guiding you through the purchase process.
