As a first time home buyer, I didn't know what to expect from the home buying process. Greg made the journey as painless as is possible, and I'm very happy with my purchase. He was easy to reach and answered all my questions. Because of his advice I feel a lot more comfortable as a first time homeowner.

Greg Ford was a fantastic realtor. We were the buyers, and his knowledge of the local market as well as attention to detail were helpful throughout the process. He was never pushy with any property, and he was very patient with us (we looked at properties which were tear down prospects, new build homes, as well as older homes which would need renovation). Greg is very responsive via email and text, and always kept us informed.

We chose Greg because we knew of his reputation as a top broker. However, He far exceeded our expectations. We were obligated to move out of state before putting our house on the market and were ecstatic when Greg said that would not be a problem. And “hooray” it wasn’t. We were amazed at how Greg seemed to know the best resources for all of our needs. He worked with us to decide on renovations that would add value to the house and then put us in touch with contractors who not only did excellent work but were fair priced. Taking a great burden off our shoulders, Greg served as our project manager after we moved across country. Then, he coordinated the production of incredibly appealing marketing materials. Ultimately after only two days on the market, we found a buyer for the house who bid over our asking price. Because Greg is so tech savvy and meticulous regarding paper work, we were able to do our part of the settlement via computer and hassle free. And, we found Greg to be a GREAT GUY—practical, wise, trustworthy, easy going and fun, among other things. We could not have hoped for more.

A true professional with a tremendous understanding of the local market. He sold our condo in 36 hours AND helped us purchase the home we wanted, beating out a half dozen competitive offers. He was very responsive throughout the process and happily spent several of his Sundays viewing listings with us. We moved from Europe to the US, and with his help we managed to find a great home for our family just within 2 months. Greg helped us to understand the buying process, the law, local habits and different options. We visited as many condos as we could and he was 100% by our side during the whole process.
