Pat did a great job selling our house! She made the process very easy and convenient for us. We came up against a few unexpected road bumps but she got us through those and kept our spirits up along the way. It is evident that Pat loves what she does. She really knows the area and the process very well. We've already recommended her to friends selling their house.

I've known Pat personally for many years, and when I decided to purchase my first home, she was the first person I called. She made a daunting experience much easier and thanks to her swift action, vast real estate knowledge and keen negotiating skills, I was able to purchase the first home that I've ever made an offer on. Many people warned me not to get my hopes up when I made an offer on my dream home, but I give all the credit to Pat that my offer was accepted and below asking price! That is almost unheard of in this market and neighborhood. We closed in less than 30 days. Pat was patient, listened to my concerns, and offered the best advice. I would whole heartedly recommend Pat for anyone looking to buy or sell their home in the DC metro area.

Pat worked with us on what we wanted. Has a great feel of the neighborhoods in and around DC and Virginia. She really honed in the home we wanted as a family. Knows what strings to pull and has an in-depth knowledge of the process. She worked tirelessly, above and beyond, helped us with the new homeowners association and was just a general all-star.
