Guy came to the initial interview with a comprehensive evaluation, professional presentation and a very positive proposal. His expertise and knowledge of real estate and the area in general gained us a fast sale of our house and for the asking price. It was literally on the market 3 days and we were under contract. The process from list to close was less than 6 weeks, it was an amazing experience to say the least. We would most definitely recommend Guy Shipley and his RE/MAX team to anyone wanting an honest and personable realtor to represent them.

Guy assisted me in selling a home and purchasing 3 rental properties. He also helped me list the rentals to find tenants. He is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and reachable! He works very hard to help his clients get the best deal possible, whichever side of the transaction they are on. I highly recommend!!!!

We live out of state and far from the home we were selling. We relied heavily on Guy's expertise to sell our house and close the deal. He managed everything in an effort to keep things easy for us. When issues came up, he took care of them and negotiated to save us time and money. He was responsive, courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Honest, straight forward, high quality and personable. Would and will use again for real estate needs in Mount Dora, Fl.
