I was able to connect with Gwen online and am thankful that I did. She helped me sell my lot in Lehigh Acres, Florida. She was always available and able to answer my many questions. Being from out of state, I was not familiar with the market and she was able to help me get the best deal. I would definitely recommend Gwen to anyone that needs someone to help with a sale or a purchase.

Gwen’s expertise in real estate and knowledge of SWFL is outstanding! She was great about giving updates about the market in relation to our listing and did a great job presenting our property. I worked with Gwen to find a home in Lee county. She was very knowledgeable about the various areas, which was helpful for me considering I was unfamiliar. Gwen was also helpful in identifying local vendors for inspections, utilities and construction projects. I'd highly recommend working with Gwen when looking to buy a new home!

Gwen is the absolute best realtor I have ever worked with. You will never find another realtor that cares as much about her clients, knows as much as she does about not only the market but who to go to for inspections, repairs, etc. She's always quick to respond and if you trust her recommendations everything will go as smooth as humanly possible. I can never thank her enough for all she's done for me.
