We had such a wonderful experience with the RISE team and Daniel being our realtor! I have used Hannah many times over the past 10 years! I wouldn't consider using anyone else. She is a PRO with a positive attitude, knows the experts and put me in touch with people who enhanced the selling process: stagers, HVAC experts, someone to remove unwanted furniture and cleaners. Besides that, she sold our home while it was empty as we had already moved to a new city to be with family. I LOVE working with Hannah! Hannah and rise team were amazing!!! They provided with outstanding performance. Their support during the whole time was unconditional. Selling a home and having other dynamics was stressful but their team were supportive, understanding and respectful. If I knew more people in Clarksville I would definitely recommend them. Daniel Martinez did a great job, showing us houses and explaining the local housing market.
