Hannelore is A+++! She’s unbelievably knowledgeable about the area and super connected. She makes your experience enjoyable, efficient and productive. She’s responsive and patient. I’ve never met a better real estate negotiator… who also gives really smart advice. I’ve worked with Hannelore on 4 properties and every experience has been top notch. Wendy was beyond amazing in helping us sell our house!! She guided us in timing the sale to maximize our result. She found a stager for us when we requested one on a tight timeline and at a competitive price, and worked tirelessly from the first showing until we were under contract. Wendy has an eye for details, suggesting small changes and additions (baskets, planters, etc.) that were eye-catching. Wendy is friendly, ethical, smart and professional- it's rare to find all of those qualities existing at the same time. I would absolutely work with Wendy again and highly recommend her!!
