I found Sara to be very affable while being extremely professional. She demonstrated a high level of integrity in a transaction where she acted as an agent for both the seller and the buyer (myself). We proceeded quickly through the process to arrive at a quick closing. She helped me to secure a choice property for my handicapped daughter. I would recommend Sara without any reservation! We decided to move rather suddenly due to health issues...Sara was a Godsend. In the middle of our staging process working up to going on the market my husband was hospitalized. I thought this would delay the entire process by at least a couple of weeks. Sara jumped right in managing the whole process and consequently we went on the market only one day later than planned. We highly recommend her!!! One day on the market and house sold over asking. To say that she goes above and beyond is an understatement.

Sara was invaluable in helping me get ready to put my house on the market. By addressing my concerns she assisted with a doable time schedule and recommended skilled tradespeople to hire for my use. Sara personally checked and aided to make sure any work done on my property was up to the standard that we expected. By the time of the first showing, the property was getting overbids and by the time the open house ended, there were several overbids for the property. Sara has also been attentive in dealing and recommending expert legal representation for the real estate transaction of my property.
