Trust is the most important component in any personal or business relationship. Having had a very positive experience working with The Montgomery Real Estate Group when we initially purchased our house in Sparks, it was an easy decision to work with them once again when we decided to sell. Heath’s in-depth and accurate knowledge of the Sparks/ Reno real estate market was a key factor in setting a realistic listing price for our home. He guided us from day one and created a strategy to sell quickly and trouble-free. Heath and his entire team were very professional and always quick to respond to any questions and resolve issues. They even helped us return our Internet equipment after the closing! Having moved out of state during the selling process we are extremely grateful we had Heath and his team and were always confident that we were in great hands. Joanne Tiernan is an excellent realtor and works tirelessly for her clients. Joanne is consistent with her communications to you, always punctual, and always forthcoming about a property, a bid, and the locations you are viewing. We have worked with five different realtors in three different states, and I can easily say that Joanne Tiernan has been the hardest working and most responsive realtor with which we’ve worked. Additionally, she has a strong network of contacts and can easily recommend great home inspectors, craftsmen and contractors, insurance agents, and attorneys. Armed with strong negotiation skills and historical knowledge of the Reno and Sparks area, she will advise you of HOA requirements, neighborhood schools, and general neighborhood information. This was a great asset for us coming from Texas with little knowledge of the Northern Nevada area. Joanne Tiernan is truly the best!

Trust is the most important component in any personal or business relationship. From the first meeting with Joanne, we felt that connection, and knew she was the perfect person for our home search. Relocating from California we had no clue about the Reno/ Sparks real estate market. Joanne’s superior knowledge of the market and her complete understanding of the entire process was incredibly helpful. We knew we were in good hands. Initially we were very indecisive about many of the properties we viewed, but Joanne was extremely patient and gave us all the pros and potential cons for each of them. She has a rare instinctual ability to gauge whether you need a professional opinion and advice or if you just need time to think things over. When we did have questions or concerns, she always had the right answers and guidance. She never forced her opinion on us, and we never felt pressured. We knew she was truly working in our best interest. When we finally decided on the perfect house for us, she guided us through the offer process, and we got the house! One offer and we were in contract. This may not be a typical scenario for many home buyers, but it was ours. We are extremely grateful we had Joanne on our team. We highly recommend Joanne. From the scheduling of appropriate home viewings, mortgage approvals and the offer process, right though the pre and post-closing process she was there for us. She made an initially strange and unfamiliar area to us feel more like home, and now it is our home.

Heath's team was excellent to work with. Heath gave us great advice and we sold our 2 Sparks homes in days and over asking price! We are extremely happy with Heath Montgomery Group!

My husband and I just relocated from CA to NV and bought a home that was new construction. We are both in the mortgage industry and initially thought, "we don't need an agent for new construction, we can just work with the builder's rep" - WRONG. I would have regretted it deeply had I gone that route. There is SO much to new construction (and real estate in general!) that we were not versed on. We are good with the mortgage stuff, but the real estate stuff, not our expertise. That is what Joanne is - a true EXPERT in her field. She is so knowledgeable on every front, knows the area like the back of her hand and weeded out about 10 developments we would have wasted our time going to, just by us telling her what we were looking for. She presented us with options that fit what we wanted and were within our budget. She is upfront, honest, responsive and a true professional. She was patient with my million questions over an eight month build. Even if you're not buying new construction, Joanne is an excellent person to have on your side as you navigate the crazy NV market. I cannot recommend her enough! Stellar in her field!
