I loved working with Heather. If having an experienced realtor is important to you, she's your best choice. She knows the business inside and out to where other brokers are calling her for advice. She told us exactly what would happen before it would happen like predicting which buyer would be the most serious and how long the inspection and appraisal would take to complete. She communicated early and often about showings and helped us stick to our available windows of time. And in the end the house sold quickly and for the price we were hoping for. Would recommend her to anyone I cared about.

Heather did a great job. All of the steps were easy and stress free. Her network of people got me into my second home at a great rate and quickly. Really glad I worked with her. I would recommend others take advantage of her local knowledge. Example: I needed a plumber to look at an issue with the water heater. Her recommendation was at my house that night and he was an experienced professional.

Heather made the whole experience so easy! She was easy to correspond with. She was very helpful with orienting us to the area. She drove us down to a landmark and spent time telling us about the history of the town. She helped us coordinate with the seller. Everything went so smooth- not a glitch.

All five stars for Heather. Her professionalism started with us when she arrived for our appointment on time and had already done her homework related to our home. She put together an awesome 3D video which helped show our home's highlights such as its spectacular view and open spaces. She helped us stay patient and we got the best offer we could. We highly recommend giving Heather an opportunity to sell your home like she did ours. Thanks Heather!
