    I ended up getting Matt’s name through a referral. He was great to work with. He helped me sell my condo due to the fact that I was retired and moving out of state to warmer weather. He was patient in the process with me since I wasn’t exactly sure of the date I would be ready to put it on the market. He walked through it with me and gave me ideas about how I could get it to sell better. I would recommend Matt as a realtor if you are looking to sell or buy a home in the Cedar Rapids area. Matt was very professional and displayed the knowledge needed for a real estate transaction. When you are in the need give Matt a call. You will be happy with your decision.

    Tim did an amazing job guiding our first time home buying experience. He is extreamly patient with us in regards to our lack of knowledge and time. He had great points for the homes we looked at. It was like having a home builder, friend and realtor all in one.

    Justin did not want to take time out of his day to show me a house. Needed to prove I have a cash offer.. shame he abandoned sale so quickly. House has been listed for over 90 days, makes sense why it is not sold
